Holistic Health Services are also offered in Ajax, Ontario, Canada. Founded in 1997, Apona Healing Arts was created by Lidia Kuleshnyk, B.Sc., M.E.S. as a way to share with others the wonderful modalities through which Lidia herself recovered from life-long chronic illness (see Lidia's bio for more info) As a Health and Lifestyle Consultant, Lidia works with clients in helping them achieve their potential, whether it be attaining personal and professional goals, reducing stress and anxiety, or recovering from serious ailments and health conditions. Lidia utilizes powerful tools for transformation – Reiki, Macrobiotics, Wholistic Counselling – in both her personalized, one-on-one sessions as well as her group classes and workshops. A former Environmental Policy Analyst,
Lidia completed a Masters degree in Environmental Studies (M.E.S.)
at York University and two Bachelor of Science degrees from the
University of Toronto – B.Sc. in Environmental Studies/Zoology,
and B.Sc. in Psychology.
As well, Lidia has completed Certification in Advanced Counselling through George Brown College, is a member of OACCPP (Counselling Association), a member/teacher of the CRA (Canadian Reiki Association) and is also a Level 4 -M.E.A. (Macrobiotic Educators Association) Macrobiotic Counsellor as recognized by Michio Kushi. Lidia continues on a dedicated path of self-development and shares her experiences, skills and knowledge with others. She believes that health and happiness are our birthright.
